***2010 Waiver Required***
All shooters at the Lippold Center and any other Auroraland Archers venue must sign a new waiver every year BEFORE being allowed to participate.
This is required in order to meet the obligations to our insurance provider.
The waiver book is kept on SHOOTER, not just club members.
August Club Meeting
Our next meeting will be Thursday, August 5th at 7:30pm at Lippold Center on Route 25 in Batavia.
We ask all members to do their best to attend these meetings. This month's meeting will be to discuss the future of ALA, upcoming events, and opportunities to volunteer.

Club Shoots
Every second Sunday of each month is the scheduled club shoot. Though times may vary, it is generally 9am to Noon. Please use this opportunity to support the club and other club members by spending a couple hours once a month and attend the club shoots.
It's a great chance to meet other members and hone your skills.
Annual Club Picnic
Sunday August 8th starting at Noon after the club shoot will be the annual club picnic. Come by and celebrate 48 years of Auroraland Archers promoting archery by having some good food and fun.
The club will provide the main meat to be served, but we ask that all you contribute is some time and a dish to pass to share with others.

2010 Northern Illinois Hunting & Fishing Days 3D Shoot (Yorkville)
Time draws near that NIHFD will begin and ALA will participate once again. This year we are asking members to please volunteer whatever help you can for the success of our part in this event.
Assistance is requested for the following:
Set up on Friday 9/24
Tear Down Sunday Afternoon 9/26
Registration Booth on Saturday 9/25 and Sunday 9/ 26th
Kitchen (No Experience Needed) on Saturday 9/25 and Sunday 9/26

Practice Fees
Practice fees for ALA members at Lippold Center are currently:
$1.00 for paper targets ($0.50 if prepaid in league)
$1.00 for white broadhead block - NO FIELD POINTS ON THIS TARGET
$5.00 for non-club members
