Auroraland Archers
Welcome to Auroraland Archers. A.L.A. was founded in the year of
1960, making it one of Illinois oldest and largest Archery Clubs
today. A.L.A. is the home of many past, present and soon-to-be
Local, State and National Championships. In our history we have
hosted countless Local Invitational Tournaments, and many I.A.A.
State Championships. We have been very privileged to host six N.F.A.A. National Championships, the Aurora
Bow hunter
Nationals for over sixteen years, two A.S.A. Illinois State
Championships and numerous A.S.A. And I.B.O. qualifiers. Some
of our members have and are currently holding offices in the State
and National Archery Associations. We at A.L.A. feel this club is
a leader in the effort to further the Sport of Archery in this country.
Auroraland Archers is sponsored by the Fox Valley Park District.
We conduct archery instruction at various times throughout
the year. These sessions are open to all members and their
families.
